This week, Madison County High School celebrates National School Counselor Appreciation Week. Our counselors play a vital role in supporting our students academically, socially, and emotionally every single day.
From helping students plan for college and careers to offering encouragement and guidance when it’s needed most, their dedication makes a lasting impact on the lives of our Cowboys.
Thank you for everything you do for our students, our staff, and our school community. We are grateful for you!

Madison County High School students had the opportunity to explore their futures during our College & Career Fair on Friday, January 30, 2026.
Students met with representatives from colleges, technical schools, the military, and local industries, learning about career pathways, training programs, and opportunities available after graduation. From hands-on career conversations to college planning resources, our students were able to ask questions, make connections, and begin envisioning life beyond MCHS.
We are grateful to all of our partners who took time to invest in our students and help them take the next step toward their goals. Opportunities like this make a lasting impact! 💼✨
