There is a rent-free housing scholarship opportunity available for eligible seniors for Fall 2026.
The Southern Scholarship Foundation (SSF) provides rent-free living and learning communities for students attending select Florida colleges and universities.

Students planning to attend any of the following may be eligible:
Florida State University (FSU)
Florida A&M University (FAMU)
Tallahassee State College (TSC)
University of Florida (UF)
Santa Fe College
Florida Gulf Coast University (FGCU)
SSF currently operates 26 houses across Tallahassee, Gainesville, and Fort Myers, helping expand access to higher education by reducing housing costs.
